Trial Accomplishments:
Mr. Griffin received
the largest verdict in the
history of Lonoke County, Arkansas when the jury awarded a
multi-million dollar verdict. He is also responsible for one of the largest wrongful death jury
verdicts in Arkansas history, also in the multi-million dollar
range. Mr. Griffin has tried cases in Federal Court, one of
which returned a multi-million dollar verdict. Most recently,
Mr. Griffin tried the first jury trial under the new "dram
shop" law and received yet another multi-million dollar
verdict. |
