Todd L. Griffin is the owner and founding attorney of the Law Offices of Todd Griffin, PLLC, an Arkansas firm with a primary focus on personal injury. Mr. Griffin now specializes in litigation dealing primarily with personal injury and wrongful death resulting from the following types of cases:

Notable Trial Accomplishments

  • Largest verdict in the history of Lonoke County, Arkansas;
  • Responsible for one of the largest wrongful death jury verdicts in Arkansas history;
  • Tried the first jury trial under the new "dram shop" law
  • Tried multiple cases in Federal Court and currently has a case pending before the Arkansas Supreme Court
